THIS SATURDAY (Apr 27), Serial System will hold its AGM -- shareholders and observers alike are invited to the event which will include a briefing on its 1Q2013 results and end with a lunch.
Only 2 other SGX-listed companies are holding their AGM this Saturday.
Others have scheduled theirs on weekdays during working hours when, unfortunately, not many retail shareholders can attend.
This year is the 25th anniversary of Serial System, which reported S$825.4 million in sales last year and S$9.2 million in net profit.
Chairman and CEO, Derek Goh, will make a presentation on its business prospects, and take questions.
The CFO, Alex Wui, will be available too, so come prepared with good questions.
