in the first 6 months after the issue of the warrants, no warrant holder can exercise the warrants. after that period, whoever holds the warrants can convert them into shares by paying 30 cents a share to Best World. Warrant today is at 8 cents. Quite a big 23% jump from 6.5 when it started trading on Day 1.

Suddenly woke up on big vol. Now doing 34.5 cents, and warrants at 8 cents. Special 20th anniversary dividend coming ????
