I use TA.as a guide, just like anything, we can never be sure of the future. Even fundamental wise, are subject to trial and crises. How do we knw what future will bring?

what do u think the company have in mind when they did share buyback at 97 to 97.5 cents?

Does anyone have any idea how much of nine residence and Junction 9 profits have already been recognized to date?

This might give us a better idea of how much remaining profit will be recognized in 2015.

you can estimate from the progress billing data in the Annual report. There is only few project recorded using progressing billing in Chip Eng Seng now, you may neglect the Fulcrum since it is not selling as hot cake and Management didn't mention about record it as revenue in 2014.

May I ask what is your estimate for 2015 EPS taking into account the following:-

1. construction income
2. investment properties
3. Nine Residence + Junction 9
4. Fulcrum
