Taking away the one-off non-cash fair value loss of CNY130m (no impact of cashflow), the core earnings of CNY88m came in largely within expectations.
Having spoken to management, we believe that the deal is likely to materialize. The current share price has already priced in a no-deal scenario, which provides a margin of safety.
