Yesterday selling was overdone since The Laurels is already 96% sold....I noticed that the company is renting out Robin on a short term lease....to 31/12/2012. Seems likely they are going for a launch soon instead of waiting for 2013 Master Plan. When they launch the Robin Site, that would be the company's NAV to 70/80 cents depending on the launch price. Then company would be near cash again......waiting for progressive payments while eyeing for good sites....

After which they could start work on it.........between now and then, Sing Holdings can do a show flat and ask for construction tenders...............
