Dear Forummers, This story has been around for donkey years. Unless the management really have plans to unlock the values in the Company, you are likely to sit on it for the next 3-5 years. This is the problem with investing in companies with hidden values in property assets. You never know when the management will realise it. Just like Hong Fok, United Engineers or UOL in Singapore, the shareholders are major shareholders, rich and do not need these cash. Corporate raiders cannot come into these stocks as the possibility of success is low. Good luck to all!
