2nd Liner Prop Stocks

Heeton rights not taken up, except for the undertaking shareholders (ie, the controlling Toh family members which had undertaken to subscribe for the right shares). Their stake has gone up from 62+% to about 69%. Implication? What is the big implication?

The good prof from NTU is on a roll. KSH now at 5-year high (62 cents), has just declared a special dividend, and a bonus share issue after a 104% jump in 1H profit.

Many property developer stocks have priced in continued slow sales ahead. If the government lifts some cooling measures after the FED increases interest rates, then ..... property stocks have a good chance of re-rating. Let's see. I am not bold enough to want to bet on that.

The NTU professor has hit a jackpot as KSH has soared from 55 cents to 85 cents in a matter of weeks. Thanks to his confidence in accumulating KSH and Sumer's post on KSH's Gaobeidian project, I got on the bandwagon back then.

Heeton is a beneficiary of the Gaobeidian project. A laggard, now catching up fast. Target 70 cents.

With property slowly warming up, Wonder if Sumer can do a review of the 2nd Liners property stock such as Chip Eng Seng, Hiap Hoe, Heeton and etc.
