A shareholder would like to share some pictures + observations gathered in Shenzhen just yesterday. He sent 7 pictures of Garden Fresh drinks sold in 7 different locations. Here are 2 of them:

"In Shenzhen now and this is a collection of pictures of garden fresh juice being found in many different convenient stores, each pic is of a different convenient store. Basically almost every branded convenience store sells it here and it is very easy to find. Notably, I can't seem to find much Huiyuan juice products here, perhaps they aren't so big in Guangdong yet. I could take many more such pics as garden fresh can be found all over the place it's basically the same thing, you guys get the picture, garden fresh is ubiquitous in Shenzhen."

Price weakness -- no support from insiders. Even if Huang & Co. want to buy, they can't because now it's the black-out period before the results announcement. But will the Thais buy? Can they?

1st time MAS action on this sort of nonsense. Can someone prod it into looking into 'newman9'?

SINGAPORE (Reuters) - The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) said it was reviewing a report by Iceberg Research that claimed commodity trading firm Noble Group used aggressive accounting to mislead investors.

"MAS will take appropriate action if there are breaches of the SFA," it said in an email to Reuters, referring to the Securities & Futures Act.

Responding to the MAS move, Noble said in a statement to the Singapore Exchange later on Wednedsay morning that it "welcomes this development and will fully co-operate with, and fully support, the MAS investigation."

The company, which is listed in Singapore but based in Hong Kong, has rejected Iceberg's allegations made in a report posted online on Sunday

SINO GRANDNESS is behaving like a fleet-footed goat today! Hope it can cheong to at least 70 cents in the first three months of the Year of Goat. Why 3 mths? Cos in this period, surely the IPO of Garden Fresh should be more or less announced / confirmed.
