Wish to highlight Sunshine Holdings, a property developer in Henan, China. The stock jumped 20% yesterday. Now 12 cents. After resolving their convertible bond problems last year, the company looks set to charge ahead. Property prices in China\'s second-tier cities are galloping ahead. Sunshine\'s net gearing is a mere 0.25%. NAV is 17.5 cents.

Someone pointed out cash rich Avi-Tech, which is likely to be a beneficiary of semiconductor industry recovery. Downside limited as stock is 19 cents while net cash is 13 cents. Independent director Michael Gray recently made first purchase of Avi-Tech shares in several years. He bought 500,000 shares.

Courage Marine has demolished the gap resistance at 23.5c and is at 24c in early morning trade. If 23.5c holds up as support, it could possibly push to test the next resistance level at 25.5c later today. Eventual target is then 27c. B)
