Yeh, I wasn't positive back then when they offer too much discount to the investor. Looks like price is going up with the increase of volume, almost reaching the overbought zone.

With the gigantic China Development Bank as the controlling shareholder, CNTD is headed for v interesting times. That's why the stock price is 11.5 cents currently. And it should strengthen as more concrete plans emerge on how CNTD will strategise its business.

What reasons could SIC have to give a waiver from making a GO? If SIC doesn't grant a waiver, does it mean a GO is going to be made by the China Development Bank?

statements that indicates that the Group's ability to continue as a going concern depends on the
completion of the subscription of the Company’s new shares and its ability to generate cash to meet
the payments of liabilities when they fall due. These conditions, along with other matters set forth in
Note 2.1(a), indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt about
the Group’s ability to continue as a going concern.

Company has just announced sale of land parcel with a site area of approximately 14,045.5 square meters for commercial use, with a plot ratio of 2.0 times. The land parcel was successfully auctioned at reserve price of RMB124.45 million, representing an average selling price of RMB 8,860 per square meter in terms of site area.

CHina New Town has gotten off to a new chapter under the new controlling shareholder CDB Capital, a SOE. It won't be long before the share prx clears 10 cents.
