re sunpower. yeah, still no visibility on who bought at 75 cents. anyway we can buy at big discount at 55 cents now.

property stocks also look oversold cos the cooling measures are one thing but don't forget the 5,000-6,500 households who will pour into the market to buy replacement homes after they move out of their en-bloc-ed homes.

AUSGROUP looks like a turnaround story which is compelling. Just reported A$13.5 million profit for full yr. +195% jump.

The strong Q4 FY2018 results represent the seventh consecutive quarter of profitability.

Market cap $69 m --> PE of 5X only.

Delong has surprised the market by declaring an interim dividend of 55 cents.
It didn't declare any dividend when it announced its 1H18 results, so why suddenly?
It's great news for shareholders anyway, as the last dividend was in 2008.

sharing positive info from Vincent at

"Have a big dividend yield thanks to early investment. Hopefully they could give final dividend as well and at the same time expanding their business not just in steel mill but also in other industry(China is still a land full of opportunity). The dividend actually potentially reflect another good news. It could indicate the cash at indonesia project is sufficient after the capital injection. which will also mean it is likely the steel mill will operate in schedule. If Chinese government keep its current policy the steel price would remain stable. In addition, price will be less volatile as the consolidation really go as government plan.

--- Share price 21.5 cents is very cheap, as the net cash is 7 cents and there is strong earnings growth so far this year.
