GREAT GROUP -- Nothing great about its fundamentals but there have been corporate developments and there is a very wide swing in its price. Hmmm....great for traders, if not value investors. The thing is , why the swing ?

*** On 31 December 2014, the Company announced to raise funds of up to $9,665,000 (net
of share issue expenses) or approximately RMB44,842,000 from proposed rights issue of
up to 2,065,000,000 new ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.005 each. In relation to
the proposed rights issue, the investor, Forise Capital Group Limited has provided
irrevocable undertaking to procure the subscription and payment, in full for the aggregate
of 1,130,500,000 rights shares to be provisionally allotted to Weng Wenwei and G&W
Investment Management Co., Ltd. and the investor has deposited $5,653,000 (equivalent
to approximately RMB26,228,000) with the issue manager on 30 January 2015.
Today, announced a slew of new directors & Chairman. It's a new era/
Mr Wang Xin is the new controlling shareholder of the
Company who has a deemed interest in 1,130,500,000 ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 53.3% of the total enlarged issued share capital of the Company of
2,120,000,000 ordinary shares following the completion of the Rights Issue.
And tomorrow action on the Rights Shares.
Tthe Rights Shares will be expected to be credited to the relevant Securities Accounts of the Entitled Depositors Purchasers and Entitled Shareholders by 19 August 2015.
Great Group is a trader's stock which you can try to buy at the bottom, and it is likely to be played up. Then get out with a decent profit and hope for a downswing. I am just sharing based on myy observations of the chart and vol. Not vested (yet)
Nice recommendation bro! This one really rises & falls , giving bottom fishers a good ride up. Just don'tt get in at the top of the current pendulum swing. This is some underwear mfr in China, right?
