The number of available shares that can be transacted in public is 289,264,000 (25%) out of 1,157,050,891 (100%) due to shareholders undertaken not to sell, transfer for period of 6 months to 1 year. So based on the 4 days trading volume, it is actually very huge.

I find an interesting trend in you singapore investors. You like to talk down stocks that you dun own. If you dun like the stock, kindly provide a rationale explaination and not just label it as 'expensive'.
dude, just because you dun own the shares, doesn't mean it is no good.

In the absence of further news catalysts, the stock will deflate. Already happening now down 1 cent to 43 cents. Lots of traders holding positions they need to exit.good luck.
am only keen on buying at below 40 cents

Such high volume in the past 4 days. Most of it is short-term trading I believe. Lots of positions have been built up and ready to unload for a small profit? Today already hentak kaki at 45 cents. Next week? Correct to 40 cents?

This is the call option between Jim RogersÂ and Charles Antonny Melati, 2 million shares at $0.35.
Jim Rogers("JR")Â entered into an agreement dated 3 Jan 2013 with Charles Antonny Melati (“CAM”), granting to JR, on the day after the expiry of CAM’s 1 year share moratorium (given in connection with the Issuer's IPO) a call option over 2 million shares of the Issuer (owned or to be owned by CAM). The call option’s exercise price is S$0.35 per share, with exercise period of 10 years, commencing 1/1/2015. The call option is exercisable in whole or in part and subject to conditions precedent. The number of shares under the call option is subject to adjustment provisions.
