KING WAN CORP -- loads of cash

King Wan's 1QFY13 results on Aug 10 brought good cheer to investors like me as it revealed that its cash hoard had hit S$36.4 million. Click here to read it for yourself.

The chances of a special dividend are very high, after the company collects the proceeds from the divsetment of of its 2 Thai associates.  The stock price closed at 19.8 cents last Friday with 377,000 shares traded

Ms Chua holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore. Ms Chua is responsible for business development, planning, and implementing policies and activities for the Group. She is also responsible for all administration, financial, investment, recruitment, legal and corporate affairs. She serves as an alternate Director to Mr Chua Kim Hua on the board of Vicplas International Ltd.

When will the sale of Thai associates be completed?
In time for the interim dividend to be announced in Oct/Nov?
