COOP International Ltd on 4th October 2013 bought 400,000 Cordlife shares @ $1.2475 total cost $499k. This raised its holding from 24,450,000 shares (10.17%) to 24,850,000 shares (10.33%).

Bonvests Holding Ltd is the parent company of COOP International Ltd.

This morning present a good opportunity for me to accumulate this stock before it gradully recovery to close at $1.245.

COOP International Ltd on 7th October 2013 bought 1,300,000 Cordlife shares @ $1.208 total cost $1,570,235. This raised its holding from 24,850,000 shares (10.33%) to 26,150,000 shares (10.87%).

FIL Ltd on 9th October 2013 bought 132,000 Cordlife shares @ $1.24. This raised its holding from 22,950,000 shares (9.54%) to 23,082,000 shares (9.6%).

COOP International Ltd on 11th October 2013 bought 600,000 Cordlife shares @ $1.22. This raised its holding from 26,155,000 shares (9.78%) to 26,755,000 shares (10.01%).
(The perentage of shareholding is calculated based on the issued and paid-up share capital of the company as at 16th October 2013)

COOP International & FIL Ltd both had beem accumulating Cordlife shares gradually on maany occation.

COOP is 100% owned by Bonvests. Why doesn't Bonvests buy back its own very cheap shares instead of chasing Cordlife at 24x FY14 earnings?
