Regal Lands, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore-listed Regal International Group, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with XY Hotel Holdings on 15 August 2016 for their strategic business alliance.

Regal Lands and XY Hotel seek to complement each other in several aspects of the hospitality business. Through their individual strengths, both parties aim to venture into innovative hospitality offerings targeted at “Gen-X” and “Gen-Y” travellers in Sarawak, Malaysia, and subsequently, the rest of South East Asia.
Both parties aim to first leverage on RIG’s development projects in Sarawak.
They will explore opportunities in developing new hospitality offerings specifically for “Gen-X” and “Gen-Y” travellers, with a passion for travel experiences with a difference.
Regal Lands is an international company involved in property development and investment in Malaysia. The Group has established itself by accomplishing various property development projects including shop houses, terrace houses, landed properties, condominiums, commercial and industrial units in the Kuching and Kota Samarahan area of East Malaysia over the past 10 years.
