Indulge at Park has just launched a weekend-only Asian BBQ dinner that sees a premium selection of meats and seafood that include lobsters, scallops and US flat rib beef grilled upon request. With the counters set up in the garden courtyard, expect to be greeted with a waft of fragrance from the tantalising grills!

What differentiates this BBQ buffet is that one gets to choose from 10 special spice blends and sauces to season their meat before passing on to the chef to do the magic. Expect to be pampered with Asian exotic seasoning such as Malaysia's sambal to Teriyaki and garlic herbs.

Like most places that offer grill services, each table has two clips with their table numbers. So clip it onto your plate with the chosen meat slices and seasoning. Grilled a la minute, the orders will be served to you when done!
