I watch QM for about 1 month and also I searched Chinese BaiDu about QingMei and its CEO etc... I have the same conclusion with greenrookie and james. For your information, it seems that their CEO was expected to pay about 60m RMB for the failed buzhibao business. It is roughly equal to 16% of his Singapore QM share. Secondly, his 16% share was transfered to other people at about S$0.10/share although the share price is about S$0.16/share on the open market. In other words, the share should not be lower than S$0.10/share. I estimated that Aussis hunter still has 2.5% to 3% share. If it sells all, QM price will reach $0.08 to S$0.09/share in next week. BUT, who knows? It is highly possible that CEO will keep all profit as company cash without paying divident anymore in the future. If this is the case, QM is not worth of watching and investment. The reason is that Chinese company is used to do anything with their cash. It is not APPLE. When there is enough cash in the company, they will think a way to move the cash to other places or just think a way to lose such cash. there are so many ways to do.

Yang, based on your reading of chinese articles in baidu, did you come to the conclusion that chairman su and qingmei have a bad reputation in china? Greenrookie, why did u conclude that pe will still be 2 with zero profits?

observer, i reckon that 1 million share transaction if purely from retailer investors. the rest are from Hunter Hall. very likely, hunter hall should have totally divested by next week friday. I will wait until their 3Q results before deciding to buy more or not

Some business partners do not like him anymore because he tried to compete directly with them. Really, he should not directly involve buzhibao business, which affects QM business relationship in China. He should invest or buy share on branding companies. I think he paid Buzhibao already using this 16% QM share. QM stock is really cheap compared with similar stock in Shanghai or shengzhen. My rough calculation is that QM will get at least 4 times market capital in China than SGX. This is also my concern that QM maybe quit SGX and then list in China. For China similar companies, last three month, the revenue decrease about 36%.

actually, Su could have gotten a bank loan right? He is shooting himself in his foot. He lost so much on paper value as QM went from 19cents to 10.5cents in 2 months. what do u think? Could it be he is being hounded by gangsters who threatened his family's safety because of his debts? that is why he got so desperate and acted irrationally? why hasn't he spoken to the singapore public about his sale to calm the market?

In China, SME bank load is very hard. Do you know that fix deposit in China now is about 4.5% annually, For enterprise, some company needs to pay 4% every month. In many cities in Jiangsu, Fujian, they need to pay cash to get suppliers to deliver the materials etc... This is the reason WenJiaBao went to that places to visit to understand the status. I do not think QM share will increase soon because CEO does not care share prices because he fully control the company. He can get scripts next time to increase his share to 60% again easily. For QM, the only issue to watch and also it is the most important thing is that whether the CEO care Singapore share holders' interests. Actually, this applies to all Chinese comapnies (not only in SGX but also in China). They can make profit but whether SGX share holders can get benefit or not.
