Qingmei

sad to see Qingmei bled further, in 3Q2013.

RMb95.5 m loss in 9M2013. NAV is still very high compared to the stock price, though. U dare to buy ?

i think the turnaround for Qingmei will still need a few more quarters. Qingmei's performance will depend a lot on its customers such as Anta, Li Ning, XStep etc. Worse may be over for Sports apparel but to turn from loss to profit will take some time.

besides qingmei, fuxing another s-chip with losses. Low margin low tech manufacturing is hard to survive in China

Sport shoes and fabric industries are suffering from over-capacity and indeed may take a few yrs (not just qtrs) to recover and do not expect turnaround in these stocks such as China Sports, Foreland, QingMei, etc for sometime. Better to re-deploy capital to other s-chips which have strong biz model, guided by strong mgt team and operate in sectors with good current/future demand. Of hand, I see Anchun,China Minzhong, Eratat, Midas, sino Grandness, straco, Yamada,Yanlord, Ying Li....still so many of them that can ride on china story..

ya... tat's why my focus is on Eratat right now.
