Look like Anchun's Isothermal CO Conversion tech has gained traction. With 400+ customers, we can expect strong growth for rev/profit over next 3-5 yrs, folloiwng successful implementation of the reactors for 2 customers.

It will also gain recrurring income from these customers thru selling catalyst as follow on support.

通用机械网 GM记者浏览次数:37 字号:T | T   【通用机械网讯】由湖南安淳高新技术有限公司自主开发的CO等温变换技术近日在山西阳煤丰喜肥业临猗分公司甲醇改合成氨装置中一次开车成功,目前装置已稳定运行十多天,经检测效果达到设计要求。该技术在煤制合成气高浓度CO变换领域成功实现工业化应用。



  据了解,传统CO变换技术为多段绝热反应技术,很难应用于高浓度CO气体变换。如果CO浓度在65%以上,变换反应将十分剧烈,反应温度也难以控制。另外,传统技术通常需采用4~5台变换炉,中间配装繁杂的控温换热设备,不仅反应流程长,系统阻力还高达0.4~0.6兆帕,操作难度也较大。


  阳煤丰喜临猗分公司副总经理刘亚龙告诉记者,湖南安淳CO等温变换技术与传统技术相比具有显著优势:一是CO转化率达98%以上,提高了原料气的利用率,降低了生产成本; 二是采用水相变换热的等温变换原理,边反应边移走热量,床层反应温度低,稳定且温差小,延长了催化剂的使用寿命;三是反应床层运行阻力小,仅为22~25千帕,催化剂利用率高;四是变换炉采用悬挂水管式反应器,克服了热胀冷缩对设备运行安全性和稳定性的影响。


  据湖南安淳技术人员介绍,去年底该技术曾在新疆天业电石炉高浓度CO尾气的综合利用上取得成功,在煤制合成气高浓度CO变换领域应用国内外尚无先例。尤其是只需一个等温变换炉就能将CO降至0.2%~0.4%,更称得上是新突破。


  随着煤气化技术的进步,合成气中CO含量提高到70%左右,高浓度CO变换市场前景广阔。湖南安淳从2007年开始着手高浓度CO等温变换技术的研究与开发,并于2009年获得国家发明专利。【GM】

The China Petrochemical and Fertilizer Association has been promoting Anchun's Isothermal CO Conversion Tech lately to accelerate industrial adoption, following on to its completion of second project. We should see a nice build up in its order book over next few yrs.

  据中化新网消息,湖南安淳公司研发的CO等温变换工艺的精髓在于:大型化、高CO含量、高热回收率(全部反应热产生3.7MPa蒸汽),一炉一段深度变换,CO即降至0.4%-0.6%,达到工艺要求,且反应温只260℃。真正简化了流程、降低了系统阻力、提高了变换率和有效能的利用率、减少了系统投资,实现了变换工艺历史性的新突破,能满足大型化肥生产节能与环保的要求,推广应用社会经济效益显著。
