Dont know whether to laugh or cry. As announced this evening, Cacola is indeed declaring a dividend after 1Q results in response to the shareholder noise made at the AGM...... but ..... it's only RMB0.5 cents per share in dividend, equiv to 0.1SG cent. The yield would be 1.66%. Micro-dividend.

Will they another dividend at half-time?

If annualised, the dividend is 6.64%. If co declare two time this yr, the rate is 3.32%. So the dividend yield is quite OK. This together with NBV of S$0.20 and cash per share of S$0.10, the share should justify for more upside in near future. Expecting the price will go up to 7.5 Cents next week, and more than 10 Cents in six months time.
If Cacola follows the track as Passion, then it would shoot up within short period. Hope it happen and all huat together.

This stock is an unknown. Business seems to be turning around with profits being announced for the past few quarters but the amt is not huge. The key lure is the net cash of 10 cents a share and book value of 20 cents a share, which make it qualify as a value stock. however, the management seems to be not particularly minority-shareholder-oriented but willing to listen after the recent AGM. The business itself is not sexy and its potential is yet to be proven. Just my 2 HKD worth.

Value stock perhaps but the current market environment is not going to inspire traders to chase Cacola up from the 5 ct level it is now languishing at
