Dear Ogawa, our report will be published this Sunday morning!
Meanwhile, we have a short video of the interview with the CEO where he explains Samko's key business features and the benefits to Samko from Japan's reconstruction programme....
there is now conflicting news supporting a rise in Samko.
In the past, the Sampoerna family was buying. Up to just weeks ago, the S family was buying lots of shares.
July 1, another other major shareholder sold 10 m shares!
And this shareholder, Noah Shipping, is a company that the cEO has a deemed interest in. Not sure what's the connection but the sale is going to be a dampener on investor sentiment for at least a while.
What if the Noah Shipping continues to sell this week? It has 3.65% stake left which is 49 m shares. Hey, not small..
Are you sure it's a dampener? Ogawa says it will rise to 30 by mid of July with even more sales from Noah. A few new shareholders will emerge. This will be similar to PROGEN. Let Sampoerna launch a takeover at 56 ipo price from all remaining shareholders. It is small peanuts to sampoerna anyway. I will accept the exit offer. 10 bagger by December 2011 from it's low of 5 cent.
Ogawa, in 2 previous postings you talked about selling yr Samko shares at below 25 cents. Why now talk confidently about the stock reaching 30 cents by mid-July? Why even talk abt the possibility of a delisting offer at 56 cents?

[ogawa 16-06-2011]:
Sampoerna forestry bought 1500 of samko yesterday I did not manage to sell mine at 24.5 today but the closing today is good. I wonder could it be delisted one day by Sampoerna since they owned so many shares and has been buying.
