Hmmm... Hiap Hoe will open its hotels soon. Will this be the catalyst to cause its stock price to soar from 60 cents?

Chip Eng seng bought 488,000 shares, the second time in a week.
While the volume has dwindle from about 3 million shares to the current 488,000 shares, the price of which it is bought is 53 cents. HIgher than the average 49 cents the 1st time round.

Chip Eng Seng's NAV is 64.8 cents (vs 53 cts stock price)  --- ok, still not exceeding NAV.

It has cash $191 m cash vs $502 m in borrowings -- not too pretty a state, though a large part of the borrowings is to finance its property development projects.
