Instability at senior management level
Since Sinochem took over control, GMG has seen two ne w CEOs in a short period of time (3 years). While the overall strategy remains intact, we believe an unstable management team will affect GMG’s performance ; such transition periods could also lead to stagnant productivity. In summar y, we see increa sing executi on risk as GMG expands aggressively while management is unsta ble.

btw, i dun think change of Senior Mgt is really big issue, because Sinochem may rotate their management to ensure their rep doesn't take things for granted.
anyway, new management team got better experience in rubber trading if not mistaken compared to previous management, and it's good to grow GMG..
a good company should have to much impact even with a change of management.
