What is the implication and what are the terms of settlement?
So vauge, the announcement. People sure speculate.

Mr Teo Ho Beng and Mr Teo Ho Kang, Roland (in their capacities as directors of the Company) that they have, together with Hiap Hoe Holdings Pte Ltd (a shareholder of the Company), entered into a settlement agreement with Mr Teo Guan Seng on 25 October 2012 (the “Settlement Agreement”) to effect a full and final settlement of the Suit

Hiap Hoe is 60 cents, about 50% massive discount to RNAV. Down from high of 67 cents a month back.

+2 cents , gone up to 61 cents on high vol of 750,000 shares. RNAV about S$1.20 , how to believe the stock trading at so cheap prix?

Hiap Hoe : closed at 63.5 cents, a 50% discount to RNAV. it's incredibly cheap! Milestone coming and will catalyse the stock price ...

Singapore, 12 December 2012: Singapore’s HH Properties Pte. Ltd., a joint venture between niche property development group, Hiap Hoe Limited, and SuperBowl Holdings Limited, an owner and manager of leisure and commercial properties, today announced that its first hotel development project in the country is on-track for completion and both hotels will fully open to guests by the first quarter of next year.


The Ramada and Days Hotels Singapore at Zhongshan Park will also mark the brands’ first entry into Singapore and will be managed by Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest and most diverse hospitality company.
