Hwa Hong just announced another special dividend on top of the earlier one. Lion AsiaPac should really do something about their cash hoard and reward its shareholders.

On my wishlist: a) a special dividend (this is a must, if management is to keep faith with minority shareholders). Its absence (at the next quarterly result ) is a loud indicator that management is not aligning its interest with that of minority shareholders. b) a share buyback (to send positive signals to the market)
