The Chairmen -- Doreen and Dora -- are signalling that the best days are ahead for Best World. They bought some more shares, very aggresively through D2 Investment : 465,000 shares at SGD 0.215 per share on 24 Sept 2014.

COO Huang Ban Chin picked up where he left off in health and lifestyle products distributor Best World International Limited (5ER-BEST.SP) [MKT CAP 44M] in July with 100,000 shares purchased on October 16 at 19.8 cents each [AI SCORE 2.3; 3-MTH +12%(100%)/6-MTH +17%(100%) 1 BUY-2007]. The trade increased his direct holdings to 9.200 million shares or 4.18% of the issued capital. The acquisition was made on the back of the 17% drop in the share price since July 24 from 24 cents.

He previously acquired 100,000 shares from July 9 to 16 at an average of 20.5 cents each. Prior to his purchases this year, the COO acquired 1.2 million shares in March 2007 at 85 cents each.

Also positive in the past two months is Executive Co-Chairman Dr. Doreen Tan Nee Moi with 465,000 shares purchased on September 24 at 21.5 cents each [AI SCORE 3.6; 3-MTH +59%(47%)/6-MTH +67%(65%) 17 BUYS-2004], which boosted her deemed stake to 77.215 million shares or 35.07% (the trade increased D2 Investment Pte Ltd direct holdings to 77.115 million shares or 35.02%). She also has direct interest of 12.352 million shares or 5.61%. She previously acquired 1.18 million shares from July 18 to 24 at an average of 22 cents each and 50,000 shares on March 17 at 19 cents each.

Prior to those purchases, Ms. Tan acquired 420,000 shares in November 2013 at an average of 19 cents each and 200,000 shares in December 2012 at an average of 17.8 cents each
