1-cent final dividend for 2009 not yet paid, not yet xd. Date for xd is sometime in May. by the way, anyone going to the AGM on April 30? Please ask management to set aside a special dividend to celebrate 30th anniversary of Best World this year. It is sitting on too much cash : about $36 million. Not meaningful especially when the business generates strong free cashflow with little need for capex. They should study the positive effects on the share price when a special div is declared, such as for the case of Lion Asiapac, Hwa Hong, Sinopipe, Bright World Precision etc etc, and even Innotek with its big 5-c div payout. These companies are shareholder-friendly.

Yes. Serious investors should question what is the management plan for the 36m CASH. This is one of the main reason why the share cannot perform while other are already well into the rally mode!
