OKH Global mulls over divestment of IT business

Following a reverse takeover of Sinobest.

According to OSK, OKH Global will divest itself of two units, Guangzhou Sinobest Information Technology and Sinobest Technologies (HK) which are separated from its core business following a SGD123m reverse takeover of Chinese technology firm Sinobest.

Here's more:

OKH intends to set up an intermediate holding company in the British Virgin Islands and transfer the shares it holds in the subsidiaries in the new company where in return OKH will receive new shares in the holding company under a restructuring exercise.

In addition, OKH will undertake a reduction of the issued and fully paid-up share capital of the company and distribute the shares it owns to its shareholders rather than distribute cash where by shareholders who do not wish to own the unlisted shares of the holding company can choose to sell their shares back to the holding company for cash.

StarHub to offer iPad Air in Singapore on 1 November

iPad mini with Retina is next in line.

In a release, StarHub today announced that it will offer iPad Air with Wi-Fi + Cellular in Singapore on Friday, 1 November, and iPad mini with Retina display later in November.

StarHub will offer these new iPads with a range of attractive data plans that will allow customers to connect to its 4G and 3G networks with speeds up to 75Mbps and 42Mbps respectively.

The board of directors (the "Board") of Mirach Energy Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcements dated 26 June 2013, 8 July 2013, 13 September 2013 and 9 October 2013 in relation to the Convertible Loan granted by the Lenders.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company has drawn down on the second tranche amounting to S$6,000,000, of the Convertible Loan.
