Noble Group - INCREASE IN SHAREHOLDING IN RESOURCE GENERATION LIMITED
Noble Group Limited (the “Company”) refers to the announcement dated 31 July 2013 and wishes to announce that on 21 October 2013, the Company (through its subsidiary,Barsington Limited) has subscribed for 59,632,506 additional shares in Resource Generation Limited (“Resource Generation”) under a shortfall placement undertaken in connection with Resource Generation’s entitlement offer. The Company’s shareholding in Resource Generation has increased from 12.85% to 17.97%.
The consideration is approximately A$13.1 million and was satisfied in cash, and funded from internal resources.
The above transaction does not amount to a discloseable transaction for the purposes ofChapter 10 of the SGX-ST Listing Manual.

Singapore, 23 October 2013 – Mainboard-listed property group Ho Bee Investment Ltd today announced the official change of its name to “Ho Bee Land Limited” and unveiled a new corporate logo, as well as the Group’s relocation of its headquarters to The Metropolis.
Yoma Strategic to operate Volkswagen’s first service centre in Myanmar
Singapore, 23 October 2013 –Yoma Strategic Holdings(祐玛战略控股有限公司”, or the “Company” or collectively with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to announce that its 70% held subsidiary German Car Industries Company (“GCI”) has entered into a service partner agreement with Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft (“VW”) to operate Volkswagen’s first service centre in Myanmar. This first service centre in Yangon is scheduled to commence operations in October 2013.
The service centre currently operated by GCI will provide maintenance and repair services for Volkswagen branded vehicles, including the sale of genuine vehicle parts to existing vehicle owners. This non-exclusive service partnership with VW underlines Yoma Strategic’s strategy
o bolster its automotive operations in Myanmar.
