Stocks trading at/below net cash

I don't think any of these companies exist. They would have been bought over by bigger companies. But there are small caps that are cash rich, but they will eventually be bought over too. EG- C&O Pharma, trading around 33 cents but bought over by big Jap company for 50 cents last year. Made a bit )

Going by what I saw in Xiamen and Quanzhou, Dapai is a crap company and the next S-chip likely to blow when the auditors start checking its accounts.
Buyers beware.

I did a check of Dapai last year but decided to stay away. Not attractive to me.

What do you all think of ARA, Qingmei, Rotary, Eratat and Sapphire personally? (Heard Macgyver's comments on Sapphire already- thanks)
