ISOTeam: The established and leading player in Singapore’s building maintenance and estate upgrading industry has clinched S$31.04 million worth of public and private sector contracts in its latest series of contract wins. Together with the S$20.26 million in contracts announced in July 2019, the Group has bagged approximately S$51.30 million of new projects in 1QFY2020 (ie July-Sept 2019). |

This latest batch of projects comprise:
• Four Addition and Alteration projects worth approximately S$18.18 million, which are expected to be completed by March 2021. The works relate to Lentor MRT Station, which is expected to be completed by December 2019; and a Neighbourhood Renewal Programme for 14 blocks in Yishun, which is expected to be completed by November 2020. • Two Repair and Redecoration projects in Jurong worth approximately S$7.73 million, which are expected to be completed by October 2020. • Four Interior Design projects worth approximately S$3.06 million, which are expected to be completed by November 2019. This includes renovation works to a social enterprise. • Two Coating and Painting projects with a total contract value of approximately S$1.78 million, which are expected to be completed by June 2020. • One Landscaping project with a contract value of approximately S$0.29 million, which is expected to be completed by January 2020. |
AusGroup Ltd: It announced it has secured further work for BHP WA Iron Ore’s South Flank Project with thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions. AusGroup's initial work, awarded in June, is well underway and thyssenkrupp has awarded it an additional five fabrication packages for the BHP Project worth approximately AU$12 million. That brings the total contract value to AU$18 million. The products under the increased work scope will be manufactured at AusGroup's Kwinana Maintenance Hub. |
