The Edge Singapore magazine has just made accessible a feature that promises to estimate the current value of your home.
We tried it --- for a given addresss, the result was a let-down. It couldn't give a value as there have not been recent transactions in the area.
With another address, we got lucky. It did provide an estimate and gave data on comparable units in the vicinity that were transacted recently. Cool!
