HIS REAL name is Benjamin Chan, 42, and he works as an actuary with an international reinsurer.

He likes S-chips as they offer value – that is, they have low price-earnings ratios and high returns on equity. He is in search of multi-baggers and they are typically small caps.
Asked for his views on what an ideal stock forum would be, he said: “The forum would be a place where investors alert others on news and research finding of companies.
"It would also be where company management are willing to participate and provide clarification and answers to questions.”

“Yes sure. The ideal persons to post are customers, present and past employees, suppliers and competitors of the companies. This is the scuttlebutt approach promoted by Philip Fisher. Imagine a PRC resident posting his observation about Man Wah’s sales situation in PRC! The more of these people the better.”
