these s-chips are small businesses that get hit hard in an econ downturn. when the upswing happens, they can be darlings again.

ChinaEnv and C&G belong to Environmental Control sector where there are strong demand due to recent china gov policies to fight pollution. watch similar companies like Anchun and LeaderEnv. Water stocks like Hankore and SIIC shd do well too...
