It's like playing the musical chairs, someone will soon get burnt. The BB are always behind the game. They are the first in and first out.

That's de stock mkt! U either follow de institutions, fund managers or de BBs. If u think u r smart alone n can do your own calculations, forget it. Heard many complains on Synear, HH, Food Empire, YN, etc... for not trading at their rnav price. Hv to take your Q n wait for your turn lah!

The Myanmar theme is one to view with extreme caution simply because the earnings potential is there but a looong time from being realised. U take this morning's announcement of YOMA's results. If it were a S-chip, the stock will dive!

Let's see what happens when the market opens with the stock's last price being 54 cents.

2Q was a net loss ...

*** Administrative expenses in the 2nd quarter increased significantly by S$8.73 million to
S$9.28 million as compared to S$0.55 million in 2Q2011.

Hence the Group recorded a net loss attributable to shareholders of S$4.12 million, compared to a net profit of S$1.39 million in 2Q2011.

*** Why the jump in admin exp? Stock options!! In particular, ....On 20 July 2012, CEO Mr Rickards was issued 14.5 million shares, resulting in a one-off, non-cash charge of S$5,437,000 (calculated based on the market price on the day of shareholders’ approval).

Yoma stock price is strong but be careful. The PE for FY13 and FY 14 are projected at over 100X. Just read OCBC report.
