Progen Holding Ltd

Hi all,
Anyone knows what's going on in Progen? Care to share?
Price came down sharply after touching 0.225.
 
 

From 7 cents to 18 cents in 1 day! Progen shot after right after it was announced that Golden Wang HoldingsSingapore was going to buy 54,400,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 20.0% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The amount is v interesting:  S$12.24 million, which is somehting like 22.7 cents a share.

Why so high? Much higher than market price.
Strange.....

The seller was Mr Lee Ee @ Lee Eng, who is the Executive Chairman and Managing Director, and founder of the Company.

Feel sorry for those who chased the stock to 22 cents. Now only half price at 11.8 cents. Buy the real businesses with big orderbook like Lian Beng (36.5 cents) or Koon (29 cents).

Don't worry sir, as long as no huge gaps on the chart for Progen. Everything is ok

2yrs later hit high again at $0.23cts ard 26jul '13.
Now coming down sharply again.
Must wait another 2yrs to shoot up again???
