Take opportunity to accumulate this stock at 0.58 and below. Strong support at 0.58 resting on the moving 20MA. CD is 5 cents on 4th May 2010. At 60 cents, it is 8.3% yield better than most REITS. Keep for longer term and expect it to go to 0.83 level as mention by CEO of Innotek. Good Luck !!!
Stirring to life after being in coma for a few months? 54 cents (+ 5 cent dividend already collected), so no loss for those who bought at 58 cents and below. But surely it is worth more, cos NAV is something like 75 cents.
