Broker said Roxy-Pacific results expected tomorrow or Wednesday. The stock today +1.5 cents and reached a record high of 63 cents. Solid growth in recent 2 years. But how to continue at this pace?

The discount to RNAV is not as big as for Hiap Hoe/Superbowl. The comfort factor is the huge revenue to be recognised in the next 4 years. What price certainty?

Roxy (60 cents) is not so undervalued now as before, but it will be a rock steady stock for the next few years because of the very massive progress billings. Now >S$900 million.

The 171-unit Jade Residences was launched in Apr ... 44% of the units have been sold to date at ~S1.6k psf.

All considered, we believe this is a decent launch performance and would be keeping a close eye on the
pace of sales over the new couple of months.
