Union Gas intrinsic value is worth at least $1.17. With the latest acquisition, EPS stands at 0.09. Taking the average PE of 13x, the value is way more than current price which is treading according to EPS 6cents

Like Union Gas, a stock called Nordic also will do great after an acquisition.
