Can someone tell me If I buy 10,000 units of this SIA 3.03% Bond from the open market at 97 cts now, is it the actual yield that we are getting is it (303 times 4.5) +300 divide by 4.5 and divide by 9700 = 3.81%?!

Is this calculation method correct?!
