My belief is AEM has bottomed at 65 cents or thereabouts. Shortists could be buying back to cover from here on. Let's see.

What a recovery from 65 in just one week! From here, 86.5 cents, will it shoot up to $1.00, the price Loh bought at not too long ago? I think it's possible on a combo of short-covering and a better appreciation of the fundamental strength of AEM.

On 2 Oct, Aberdeen's stake jumped to 16,481,200 shares after it bought another 1,570,900 shares . Traded price SGD 1,241,011 == 79 cents on average.

I think that upside is there to $1.00. What d'ya think?

Market is killing the CIMB idea that AEM is worth only 69 cents. Everything from daily market transactions to Aberdeen's purchases to company share buyback to new insider Loh Kin Wah's purchases (as high as $1.00) tell us that AEM stock is worth much more. So, let's see if CIMB will re-rate AEM after the 3Q results.

CIMB upgraded the target price to 75 cents, which the market clearly disagrees with! The share is now 91 cents. The Huawei win shows that AEM is onto another world-class solution. I think AEM has signalled that it is engaging other big players and will know in due course if it can win yet another brand-name customer. AEM has gone beyond being an Intel supplier!!!!
