Mr Ngo has a deemed interest in the 126,000 shares held by Allsland Pte Ltd in the issued share capital of the company. The 126,000 shares held by Allsland Pte Ltd had been transferred to a nomunees, UOB (Pte) Ltd. The deemed interest of Mr Ngo in the issued share capital of the company remains unchanged.
The 126,000 shares held by Allsland are the shares bought by Mr Ngo recently. So far no more buying by him, just have to be patient.
