$0.115 --> +$0.006 today

China Fibretech $0.060 --> no trading today

Are they in the same/similiar business ? Is this sector picking up in China ?

yeh wrote: Zen, is this a recovery story? The profitability is there, but will it recover strongly?

Cash is about RMb590 m but it has bank borrowings is RMB401m.

Annualised earnings ---> translates into about 19-20X PE on stock price of 11.4 cents currently.

That is why i said LI HENG IS NET CASH

The amount of cash it has is 50% more than it's borrowing

Li Heng is almost similar industry as china fibretech

But LI HENG IS much stronger and bigger financially than the rest

And LI HENG sits right on top of the whole textile sector supply yarn etc to all the downstream players

Thanks for the information.

But I think China Fibretech has more net "cash"/share on hand. Am I right ?

need to check on CHina fibretech again .. since last time i bought it was undervalued near 3c

BNut had rallied to 6c now . China fibretech never pays dividend so people wonders if the cash hoard is there ?

Li Heng ever trade near 80c level and it pays dividend yearly (almost ) ... so now it is a steal
