AUSGROUP JUST ANNOUNCED GIANT LEAP TOWARDS ASX LISTING

May I know how does it work?

After RTO, existing shareholders will own 6.31% of the "new" company plus shares of Austco which is to be listed in ASX?

Does it means that we have to sell Austco shares in ASX if we want to?
