Sino Construction Delisting

Well, well... I was anticipating this to come but their offer price of 3 cents is a mockery. Their IPO price is 39 cents.
I hold more than 2 million shares with an average price of 8.5 cents for more than 2 years.
Sadly. it looks like this is a delisting exercise where I will lose money.
