It seems they can't sell their famous 3-in-1 McCafe coffee in Singapore because of a court ruling, which, though they won a civil suit lodged by McDonalds, they were barred from selling the said products locally (not sure for how long the disbarment period is)

Good news --- The ruble has strengthened to a level not seen in the past 52 weeks. Fewer than 50 rubles go for a USD. In early Feb 2015, the exchange rate was 70 rubles to a USD. With the way the ruble and oil price are trending, the forex loss that Food Empire took last year is unlikely to be repeated this year, imho.
