This is only the interim dividend. If you check through SGX records they have been paying 1.5 cents during the years of 2012 and 2013. Such payout rate is not too bad considering the share price of around 30 cents.

Assuming a special dividend of 1.5 cents after KTIS' listing in Jan 2014 (?), that's another S$4,500.

Given the current condition in Thailand the listing of KTIS would be highly unlikely. KTIS would probably use their option of extending the deadline by another 6 months. You may refer to my post on valuebuddies.com for further information regarding this.
