Moya has a Salim connection since March 2015.

"In connection with the Subscription, the Company would like to inform its shareholders that the Subscriber has further represented to the Company that its sole shareholder is Cho Yu Chung, who holds all the issued shares in the Subscriber in trust for PT Tamaris Hidro. PT Tamaris Hidro is an Indonesian based group which is principally engaged in the investment, development, construction and operation of hydroelectric power plants. The Salim group (ie, Anthoni Salim and/or the group of companies controlled by him) has an interest in 85% of the capital of PT Tamaris Hidro."

Moya has been raising a lot of funds. In March & April 2015, it raised S$29M thru placement of new shares. Currently, it is raising S$52M thru a rights issue. Bulk of the $ is to expand its BOT water business in Indonesia. Looks promising? (3.4 cents share prx today).

FU YU -- 16 CENTS, target 29 cents.

Trading at extremely low valuations and a cash cow generating a decent amount of cash
• 80% of market cap is made up of net cash, dividend yield of about 10%
• Catalyst: Margin improvement due to cost-cutting across inefficient factories
• Risk to TP: Slowdown in world economy
• Valuation: DCF-backed. WACC:12%, TG: 0%
