July 20: Hiap Hoe closed at 53.5 cents. Is this  a good level to enter?
The RNAV is more than S$1.00. Unfortunately, no analyst writes about it and promotes it.

Hiap Hoe closed at 49.5 cents. It won't stay this cheap tomorrow.

this is like Roxy-Pacific. Only key diff is Hiap Hoe ain't got any operating hotels right now... In a few months' time, 1st hotel will open. Early next yr, another hotel.

Both in Balestier but will enjoy good ROI becos of the strong growth in tourist arrivals. Hiap Hoe, I agree, is a grossly undervalued stock. RNAV is aorund $1.20 but the stock is 54 cents. Wait for some catalyst  -- probably the hotel openings.

I have been waiting for the 2Q results. Beautiful -- look at it $16.7 million net profit, making it $30.7 million for 1H.
Surprise dividend -- small but meaningful. Last year didn't have.

I am thankful to Hiap Hoe Management.

0.5 cent a share.

Hopefully, final dividend will be swee swee...

For Fy2011, the final dividend was 0.25 cents. There was an interim div of 0.25 cent a share too.

Total = 0.5 cent.

Now, interim already is 0.5 cent. Final dividend hopefully will be at least 0.5 cent, if not 1 cent.
At least the mgt listened to some shareholders who kao peh kao boh at AGM.
